South African Addresses:
Sound Vision will ship orders to any address in South Africa, orders will only be processed at our Klerksdorp Head Office
While our Online Store does not arrange for shipping to international destinations, we may be able to assist with smaller items. Kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details & address so that we can calculate shipping costs & transit times.
Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is completed. An average of 1 to 3 working days is expected to major cities and 5 to 7 working days to outlying areas.
Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.
Collection can only be made once we have prepared your order. Payment can be online via the website, bank transfer or in-store payment.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
Radio's & Amplifiers - These carry a supplier backed repair-warranty, normally 1 year, while we do not swap out any faulty units, Soundvision will send the unit to the specific manufacturer for a warranty claim, this normally takes approximately 10 to 21 working days.
Items that are returned for repair assessment or exchange (upon manufacturers approval) is at the clients cost.
Items that are repaired /replaceed by Manufacturer is returned at the businesses cost to clients.
Speakers & Subwoofers do not have any warranty/ Guarantee.
unless specifically stated on the product description.
Electronic items that have been fitted into clients vehicles cannot be returned with physical marks/damages.
Items for Warranty assesments and repairs are sent back to us at the clients cost. Installation certificate or invoice (Sound Installer) required to validate warranty from manufacturers and purchase invoice.

If order has been shipped item has to be sent back from the receiver who placed order at there cost. As goods was correctly supplied and goods have to be unopened and not used.
